and a much better job, into the bargain.
Just an update on this. He did come back at the weekend without his workers to do the repairs himself. He got on the roof this time (didn't touch a ladder himself last time he was here with his workers) and admitted it needed redoing top to bottom. I think he was just expecting a little tidying up he could do in an hour or so!
Anyway, he said he's going to have to bring his team back to do it, but he'll have to find a time to book it in - I'm guessing because it's going to take a lot more time than he expected! We will see what comes of it.
