Hi guys (and gals - it is 2020!);
We've got an old opti myst cavendish fire that seems to be the only one with the smoke working perfectly 11 years later. BUT... the heater cuts out after 30 secs or so, even on the highest stat setting. Is there anything that I can do to cleand parts of the fire or look to see if anything isn't quite right?
