Hi all, I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice I prodominatly work on texecom but have installed a orisec system in my house. All was working fine until I tried to part arm and now my system only shows engineer working on site when I put my engineer code in I cannot get into engineer mode and it plays a single beep noise I have disarmed the system completely and it is still present I will attach an image showing what I mean if anyone could help with this it would be appreciated as I still have some programming to do on the keypads. Thanks in advance.

Orisec support installers and programming is similar in many respects to Texecom.
If you cant get in with your engineers code, power cycle and try again, if you cant get in then you will need to default the codes/panel.
