Outdoor electric heater

We have one of the above, a 3kw infrared heater that was quite expensive and I plan to take it away as we are moving house.
I see there are some cheaper ones out there c£100 that are of similar power.
Presumably the wiring is the same? Mine is fused to the fuse box and spur next to the heater.
Anyone used these makes?

That is expensive, mine has the same output with a string pull and three heat settings, it was £25 from Amazon a few years ago. I would think the wiring would be adequate because the electronics do the switching rather than needing a permanent live. The cable length required internally might be an issue (might need to be longer in other models)

£600 for the first one. Especially as most of the heat disappears into thin air.
