No. Read the high hedges advice I linked to above
I don't recommend this. Have a conversation about what is to be their fate before making the cutsif you don't want to keep them just place them back over the fence
So based on the above are you still not recommending itI don't recommend this. Have a conversation about what is to be their fate before making the cuts
Well they won't cut themSeek advice. Ask the council?
Did you read the link that Alec_t posted?Isn't there a height requirement that the hedges on fence need to adhere to? My other neighbour tells me its 2 meters.
Not only I did, I forwarded it to the neighbour as well. He has not replied on the height issue since then.Did you read the link that Alec_t posted?
Not an unfair comment; right now there isn't any legal binding in your neighbour to act even though the law recognises and provides for you to take action to reduce a nuisance element from this treeThis gardener told my wife that legally they don't have to do anything
And this is how things start going off the rails. You've just moved in and already emailing the neighbours with government advice pages on how to shop people to the council and get them slapped with ASBOsThis has left a lasting feeling of betrayal
£200 - £100 for trimming and £100 to collect/dispose the waste. How much was the quote?
