I have an ikea cantilever parasol that I planned to put on my patio for shading the garden table.

After considering the positions of the furniture and layout of the parasol, it appears difficult to have a 1 sqr meter base with concrete slabs where the parasol post needs to stand.

After giving it some thought, I want to keep things simple but make adequate support for the parasol post to stand. It comes with a cross base that doesn't necessarily suite the positioning. I cannot fix on the patio for two reasons, one there is cables in unknown positions below, and two it will most likely detach the flag from the mortar eventually. There is not enough structure beneath to withstand stresses and movement from the wind.
I am considering of fixing two posts in the ground bed beside the patio in cement and another block on top like a reverse U-shape.
maybe the pre-stress lintels are an overkill?

Then attach them with brackets and concrete bolts and fix the parasol primary base on the top block. The primary base rotates and has a lock pin. Sketch and photo below.
The alternative would be to use the cross base coming with the parasol and maybe cut one side off the cross. Then fix that on the top block and then fix the primary base with bolts on it.
The parasol can be easily detached and stored for the winter.
