I want to lay an oak block parquet floor in my hall (about 8sq m). The existing floor is vinyl tiles on concrete. The tiles are all in good condition and well stuck down.
Is it ok to lay the parquet directly onto the vinyl and if so, what would be the best adhesive to use?
