Can anyone tell me what this thing is and where I can get more of them?

My mum's roof leaks and everything else has been fixed by my boyfriend, who has lots of experience with fixing roofs, but several of these are missing so he needs to replace them.

We don't know where to go or what to ask, I've tried searching the web but am getting nowhere.

It's a flat ridge tile in am ex-council house if that helps and it only leaks at the ends of the roof. So she has damp and mould creeping down the exterior walls.

Any help would be much appreciated.

It's an eaves filler. Used to stop birds nesting in the eaves. It does nothing regarding leaks.

An alternative is an eaves comb filler.

If the leaking is at the eaves, then it's the felt which has rotted and sagged - especially if there are no soffits on this council house.
