ask them to draw pictures too illustrating their interpretation and then keep questioning telling them none of this makes sense and is not your understanding of the facts and how upset you are that they keep sending letters. you do have to get the balance right though. too many and you invite a claim.I would send regular letters or emails with very short content or single questions. A few a week.
Short questions requiring long and detailed answers.
If he's not some junior, then he'll quickly realise he's being clockfaced
