Phlexiflow shower waste pump (1)

No motor does not get hot; I did one more test and everything seems fine when running cold water only.

It seems unlikely that the hot water cause an issue at the pump level. Perhaps it triggers something on the controller.

I disconnected the flow senser on the hot pipe but that did not prevent the issue to occur again.

It responded quickly to the hot water. What could cause hot water to stop the pump?

It's probably the impeller. Too old and too rigid making temparture rise. This plus hot water will trigger the cut out on the rotor coil.
