Meter seal looks like it's gone walkies...

Nice work though :D

That meter looks like an analogue speedo that's been really badly wound back... ;)

Just the type of job I like.

Hope there is a "Warning - Fire Alarm, Do Not Switch Off" somewhere in the board - what am I saying, this is an RF job - of course there is ;)

why not use the PME earth block?

Because the DNO have fitted the wrong head to the installation, and the earth block isn't actually connected to anything. ;)

What's wrong with BS951 Clamps on the incommer :?: As I have a BS951 Clamp on the incommer at home.

They're not designed to clamp cables.

Just one more half turn??

I have spoken to ENA about the use of BS951 Clamps on incommers. They say they are happy with the DNO's use of clamps, but they will not be using EC14's any more.

Here is the other topic Clicky

Very good neat job RF, what was it in a hall or something?

It was the local Scouts and Guides meeting hall.

(I know it still has BS951 clamps on the incommer  )

It can crush the cable, and BS951 clamps are not designed for use on cables. (They do not always provide the most reliable connection)

Nice neat job at the bottom of the 'shuttering' - cut off wiv a shovel?- No.10 coal ?
She'll be right when a nail is driven through that bundle.
:D :D :D :D

Where do you start with that?? Holes in tops of CUs, Mish mash of MCBs in the Hager board, neutral for bottom CU fed from Hager board - when Hager board isolator is turned off the whole of it may become live .
Just to top it off, they fitted a proteus board!!

Out of interest RF - Is the lower heating board fed via an MCB or some other means?
