Pigeons

Hi All

This year pigeons have nested on three properties in my street. One property is mine. I was on my bay window roof this afternoon. There is piles of pigeon crap and feathers. How do I get rid of them and clean their crap before I start repairs to my roof before winter sets in.

You need to cover up the areas they can enter the loft. So entry points should be sealed up.
This can be done using netting.

and if your clearing the crud off make sure you wear a mask pigeon poo is dangerous stuff if inhaled.

Block holes with chicken wire, to allow ventilation into loft.

To stop pigeons staying on your window cill, fix some 'fence and wall spikes' found on flea bay.
