I have just replaced 5 pir,s. 4 are wired back to back .All works fine except the tamper side , can any one tell me how best to wire the blue & white tamper wires into the pir and panel.

on this one i think, sorry i know, we could do with more information.

panel type, make and model,
pir type, make and model (even tho most, i say most, pirs only have 6 connections)

cabling layout,
is there one cable to each detector, or have you looped one cable to two detectors

You are making a loop from one to the next. Check for continuity with a multi-meter.

In a domestic system the tamper isn't very important anyway, after all, who is going to come into your house when you are home and interfere with your alarm system.

Just link it out at the panel so you can use it until you sort it.

Thanks for info . all sorted,tamper working on all but one pir .and as you say who will ever bother to tamper with it, but I do like things to work,
