Hi there,
I’m feeling a bit stuck and not sure my plumber has the answer either. Hoping someone with experience dealing with Thames Water sewers can help!
I’m looking to connect a PVC pipe to an existing manhole with clay pipes. The new pipe will run in a straight line along a trench in an alley, in the direction of the flow.
My plumber suggests connecting the new pipe at the point marked by the red circle. However, I’m unsure if we can match the soffit levels of the existing clay pipework. Would this be a problem?
Unfortunately, Thames Water is taking forever to respond, and we need a solution quickly Any advice or experience would be hugely appreciated!
Thank you
G.
