I think this has to be individual choice and I can see problems for a company that adopts this stance.

They potentially create a duty of care for employees who develop adverse reactions to the vaccine and they create a more likely unfair dismissal claim for any employee refusing.

Perhaps those who haven’t had the vaccine could wear some sort of badge so others could see? Maybe it would be wise to move them to one place or perhaps a camp?

I can’t see the Pimlico example being widely adopted. Any mandatory vaccination thoughts need to come via a legal obligation.

"Hello, I’d like to accept that price for a full central heating installation. You said it would take several men a week to complete it"
"Certainly Madam, would you like plumbers that have been vaccinated carrying out the job or ones that have refused the vaccination?"
"Let me think, I’ll call you back......"

It is possible to carry out work in a Covid secure way.

But if a vaccinated plumber makes a mistake, you could end up a bit wet. If a non vaccinated one makes a mistake, you could end up a bit dead. I’m not saying it should be compulsory for workers to be vaccinated as people should have the freedom of choice. But by the same principle, so should people that hire workers to work in their home have the right to know and decide whether to employ them.

It's another example of Charlie Mullins getting some free publicity.

He has to do something to counter all those bad reviews.

Vaccine or not you can still catch and spread virus. It's still a gray area for how long and how contagious a person could potentially be, so all these people that have been vaccinated could be super spreaders without any symptoms. No easy answers. Maybe time we will discover some answers. Some residents are refusing vaccine in nursing homes so I guess that's freedom of choice although baffling
