Polar T316 Ice Machine. Tray Fault?

Hi guys just wanted to see if anyone is familiar with these machines or if they know if this fault can be fixed?

The fault light is displaying I've taken the top off and the ice box does not fully return to the horizontal position.. Any thoughts or is it scrap?

hi, not sure if you got your machine sorted but ive been working on identical machine with same problem. tell me exactly what happens and i may be able to help as mine is now fixed
