Poor quality of new roof (Ed.)

To the extent of having a valid claim that it should be redone (in part or in total)?

I’m afraid the brickwork is worse!

While I can imagine it’s hilarious to see such clownery - if anyone has any guidance about what action to take, it’s a very unpleasant situation to be in.
I dont know how a pro like Noseall wouldve done the pointing but those style bricks with rough edges are difficult to form neat pointing -Ive seen brickies struggle with similar around my way -the houses on my street are mostly built with Forterra Rustic LBC and the wiggly face detail makes pointing a bit tricky

We ignore an existing gauge that means we'd have to lay our bricks with 15mm beds. Not a prayer. And we use mortar that doesn't scream 'look at me!
It's just poor.
