popup when changing pages on search etc?

When I have searched new posts and go from page 1 to 2 (and so on) I see a very quick pop up of the cookie settings 1/2 page thing with a big green button.
It's a DIYnot page, not from anywhere else.

What's going on?

In fact it's every time I change page, when a thread is over 10 pages I'll see it between every page.

Been doing it to me for ages! keeps asking me to accept cookies.

Curious! It shouldn't be doing that. I will look into it, thanks for bringing it to my attention.

Any news on this?

It's doing it on Chrome but not Firefox when logged in.
On FF when not logged in I get the popup asking about cookies every page until I fill it out and save settings.

Then after doing that, trying on Chrome it still does it?
Weird.
