Hello all,

Thanks for taking the time to view my forum post!

I'm posting on behalf of my aunty who lives in an end-of-terrace approx 1940s built property. They and their neighbour both have this damp and it has spread over many months.

Please could you advise is this rising damp and what the remedy may be? They noticed a gutter outside the property from the roof was blocked but not sure how that could cause this to happen.

I'm a novice was thinking on suggesting a camera inspection of the subfloor void.

Pictures attached, thank you.
