Mottie. Parakeets. The seem to be the most common bird in London now. They sound annoying, just that squawking but look great, bright green & they move up & down branches using there beaks.
In some London parks now you can hold out bits of apple in your hand & they will sit on your arm & eat them. Thousands of them here now.

Not if you were brought up with it. Farthings, ha'pennies, pennies, tanners, shillings, florins, half-crowns, ten bob notes, pound notes, guineas (21 shillings).......

I see they are bringing out a new £50 note with Alan Turing on it. I wonder if it’ll be referred to as the nine bob note?

No it cost me £212.12 p
I wasn't expecting the 12p. But now it's up and running. I also got my Analyser calibrated that cost me £147.60 including 5 rolls for my little printer. It's all money running a business
