Whitmore bay beach, Barry Island. Spent many summer Sundays there as a youngster .
Not often you see the sea as calm as that at this time of year.

Irrespective of the Iaws surrounding the issue (actually you would need the permission of the pub owner but not the lady) I bet she's chuffed to bits you've stuck a photo of her on the web.
Don’t think you need any permission to post pictures of people in a public place unless kids, maybe. Anyway, I’ve cropped it just for you.
It's not a public space, you don't need permission of the person but the owner of the property/business.
That explains why I can't see her.
