Blimey even got the fillng loop disconnected

:)

Not being anything to do with gas, forgive the questions:)

i. are the two valves on the right of the photo for connecting the filling loop to?

ii. if so, why not make them in such a way that the loop wouldn't have to be connected between them in a, loop?
i.e. make one valve above the other, with their open ends facing each other?

It's regulation by the water Authority. Its to prevent water contamination...
It's a slim chance but its what us professionals have to do.
Most people keep them attched after we have gone

Also if the valves were left partially on with the loop attched: the system would fill above 3 bar in turn the PRV would activate. This would lead to problems and a preventable call out of an expensive gas engineer.

Sir Roderick. Tonight at the O2, the last show of his tour. Bloody fantastic.

As an animal lover, I find game shooting rather hard.
However game birds do live out in the wild -although I think they get fed, Ive certainly seen feed stations in woodland.
The thing is game birds live a 1000 times better life than the chicken we eat.
I used to think that going out shooting game as a sport is morally wrong, but looking at the wider picture, Ive changed my mind.

Ps: not wanting to turn this photo thread into a discussion.......
as an enthusiastic meat eater I don't have any problems with game shooting per se, my gripe is the widespread destruction of other animals in the area, (birds of prey, foxes, stoats etc) to enable the high density breeding of game birds.
