My gas valve has gone in my Potterton Netaheat Electronic 10/16 (various corgi plumbers have looked at it). I can not find a replacement anywhere. Can anyone help? I have been told that replacing the boiler is my only option. My house is up for sale and if a replacement boiler is required then what is the cheapest option?

A Worcester 18Ri makes a very easy replacement for a Potty Netaheat. Sometimes a 12 Ri is adequate but depends on heat required by the house.
Possibly cost about £1400 inclusive.
You are justified in adding the cost onto the sale price and including the new boiler as a feature of the house!
