Can the diverter be serviced, or does it need to be replaced?

Take it apart clean the pin clean up with wire wool clean the Oring and valve seating smear with silicone grease and re assemble it is usually always ok .
I always used to change it but have done loads and loads just cleaning them up and not had one yet that hasnt worked as it should afterwards

I can't see a pin or O ring

at the very front of it take the 2 screws out the castlated nut and undo it pin and 0 ring are in there
