power keeps tripping

Please can anyone help. I rent a small industrial unit and when I turn on my electric saw it trips the switch, but not always, sometimes it will not trip for a couple of hours but another time it will trip straight away.
I have turned all the lights off and unplugged all other equipment and it still trips. I have tried with another saw in another socket and it still trips and on the odd occasion it trips the main switch. Is there a simple answer ????

Does this 'switch' have an RCD built into it? Look for a little button, possibly marked "test", that trips the breaker when you press it.

Also let us know if your saw is 110v or 240v . 13amp , 16amp , 32 amp plug?
