not sure about the rain, but it has rained whilst im in the house and power remains on so i doubt it.
Since putting the old one back on theres been no issues, but then again its the weekend so have been in more with TV on and stuff. When its been going off in the week, most things ha e been turned off. Not sure that would make a difference but its not really a 'fair test', ges i wont know for sure until monday but does seem to be the new socket.
I would like to put a new DP one in at some point but want to make sure its just a dodgy new socket first before getting and fitting a new one
