You dont want to install cctv cameras that can be unplugged by any do badder!
Re power most cameras we use normally draw about 800ma.
I would install a lockable 10 x 1amp psu on a fused spur, and and run .5 2 core to each camera. If they want to add additional cameras later the provision is there.
You could try one of these, It has 9 individual outputs, with automatic resetable fuses that are rated over 1amp each. if your not running your cable over a long distance you should be okay, i normal don't run a distance over 20m as a rule, because you end up getting volt drop
How so cat5e is a recognised method of supplying power and carying a image with Baluns.
In fact for longer runs it is recconmended along with active Baluns.
