No, the udl is for remote access
There seems to be 2 versions cek-0001 with aerial built on to the PCB for polymer and cek-0002 with external aerial for metal panels. Could this be what happened?I had a lead missing when I got my first com wifi, didnthave the lead for the external aerial, packing error, once setup correctly it works fine.
What does the unicom lead do?what iam i thinking of ? just seen brewtime selling the unicom lead
Enjoy the chill! When you back please can you post the link to the unicom.the udl code can go upto 16 digits I think would have to check, but chilling out now, gyms nearly killed me.
I had a similar theory about the issues being at the server end although I'm unsure of the extent of Texecoms I.T. infustructure. Would they use redundant cluster servers or is their push server just a single machine sat in a cabinet somewhere that gets rebooted when updates etc. are applied although you said your numours systems loose connection at different times.@paul, think that ATS issue is not related to the comwifi, I have a different system with com-ip and gsm unit and the ats fault occurs on that occasionally so the com wifi isn't the issue.
Also have comwifi system that has a similar issue, however both systems don't show the fault at the same time, and I cant track it down, I am looking at the optimum ATS delay. I am at some point going to setup Montex and texbase up and test that and see if I can prove its the server rather end being the problem, but it isn't a test that's done over night.
that's not the issue as SecureIam has the same issues on hard wired systems. How close is the router?I haveNot had any issues with the wifi connection as yet and not aware of anyone that has, get the external aerial type for the difference in price.
Are you sure that is the correct cable? That has a serial port, how would that connect to a 6310i's fbus port?At around £30 to £50 on ebay for the phone and £20 for the lead it is still cheaper than the the com gsm unit. I can't see why it wouldn't work on the new panels but I haven't tried it.
