Price estimate for fitting extractor fan vent through roof

For me insulated duct was not a solution.

The insulated duct did work to reduce condensation in the colder loft space.

But the condensation point was at the exit point, were the cold roof tiles are around the pipe and the pipe sticks into the cold air after the tiles.

So the hot damp air formed condensation at that external point where the pipe was not insulated, and then ran down the insulated duct back to the fan (and also leaked out and damaged some of the wood).

The solution for me was a condensation trap, that caught the water and a small pipe that went out though the soffit. So I wished that the vent pipe had note taken the vertical route through the cold tiles.
