Your boiler has to support PDHW and you will need to have a normally open 2 port valve on the heating circuit. There will then need to be some wiring changes in the wiring centre.

I think this is the sort of set up being referred to by Madrab. This is a wiring diagram for EPH controls for PDHW on an OT boiler, even if the boiler doesn't have native support for PDHW. As far as I understand it, when the Hot Water Receiver fires, it sends a signal from port 1 to the Heating Receiver port 2, which turns off the heating. Full explanation and further diagrams at link. I've only found this layout from EPH so far. It uses the standard S-Plan valve layout AFAIK.

I like that :) Good way to distinguish them. Is that your own phrase?
Must admit I don't think I've seen that anywhere, so I guess it is

EPH have obviously got their own separate receivers so that would be a logical way for them to implement it.
