I sometimes walk my dog local and I go past a house being built. It’s near to a station and they have a parking restriction between 8.00 and 9.30 to stop the station parker’s. The other week I walked near there and all the builders who had been there before the 9.30 cutoff had been ticketed. It’s made them take action and they all now do this:

The wardens could take a shot of the VIN visible through the windscreen.

Nice one. We should all do this to defeat the Ulezzer zones. Bet the French would if they suffered such things at the hands of dictators.
