Not a standard plate for Lithuania according to Wiki, but within the realms of possibility!

Yep. When I say not 'personalised', I mean no misplaced or mis-spaced letters or bolts trying to personalise it to the owner. Personalised to the car IF you know what you're looking at. Subtle. I like that.
I saw a Lithuanian plate on a car over here once - POUNDS. On a car forum I used to go on I commented on that. A Lithuanian member told me they could pay to get a personalised plate over there, much like you can do in America.

You could in Australia (NSW) I used to see a Holden Statesman with the reg SALMAN, we lived in an area with a large Turkish & Lebanese population

Actually, they used to own a chain of newsagents a few years back - Gibbs News.
Just shows the police is not bothered unless they don't like the look of you or the way you look at them. I've noted many more mis-spaced car reg everywhere, so sad. Why pay 100 to a few hundred to hide the age of your car?
You could argue that in an accident where the car does a hit and run, a 'personalised' number plate might be easier for a witness to remember.

Easily mis-read the illegal number plates the cheap ones where they alter the spacing, hence police action on rare occasions.
