To be fair, the car was first registered in 2015, with a change of details in 2020 - it's a possibility that the registration is the original and Julie really is driving that car!
It does appear like that , it is left to the MOT inspection , but still overlooked

This is what I've never understood.
It's one thing buying a personal plate, but why pay through the snoz for a number that isn't correct and needs butchering to get it to mean what you want?

I had a good one pass me on the A13 this morning. It was a drain company. The van registration number was 1 2 POO.
