pro combi 85he 20 or 21 flashes on fault led HELP

hi i have had a pro combi 85he installed because me old one went intermittenly hot and cold from sept - march. new one fitted in march and suprise the new one done the same. When i lose the hot water the led flashes 20 times and goes constant on21, it then works fine untill it flashes again.also the boiler sounds like it firering up a flash 9.can any one help.

I dont know and cant find any fault code info online without spending some time at it.

I'll have a 50p bet at good odds that someone has been throwing a new boiler at a dirty system which will end up just killing more boilers if it doesnt get flushed properly
