Hi, I have various spotlights throughout the house, and they simply twist out so that I can change the bulb easily. However, the bathroom light directly above my shower is presenting a problem: I can get the initial casing out but teasing out the 2 spring-loaded clips (wrecks the plaster!) but once out, I cannot see how I can get the bulb out of the solid metal casing. It's as if the rim of the bulb is sandwiched between the outer ring and the inner metal enclosure. Any suggestions please? Do I unscrew the entire L-shaped bracket attached to the metal casing and disconnect the bulb and replace the entire fitting (outer ring, with metal casing AND bulb?). Maybe it will release the bulb?? Thanks folks!
