PROFESSIONALS: which brand of boiler do you have in your home?

I've seen a fair few threads where an unsuspecting OP asks the innocent question 'which boiler should I buy'.. and immediately everyone jumps down his throat!
That's too many variables, how many radiators? What's the pipe run, etc, etc

I am not going to open myself up to the dogpile.. so I'm going to phrase my question differently. Which combi boiler do you have in your home Mr professional?

Bear in mind that many pro's will have whatever was fitted when they bought their house. Just as the decorator's house is the last to get decorated, the heating engineer's house is often the last to get a new boiler, and it wouldn't necessarily be a combi in any case.

A better question might be "what combi boiler would you choose for your own house", which is the one I've actually answered You've missed Ravenheat, Alpha, and Vokera off there too

Unfortunately you are dancing on the head of a pin with this subject ..... there will never be a consensus as there are far too many variables and opinions.

Oh and sabre are actually a rebadged vokera, which are no longer a boiler make ...

I would never have a combi...even in a flat. I've currently got a Worcester system boiler dedicated to heating an unvented cylinder and an inherited Glowworm for the rads.
