Don't know, but my friend sold his 1 bedroom flat in battersea and bought a 4 bedroom house with 2 acre of land in wales and got change.

And as said my friend bought a 4 bedroom house with 2 acre of land for £200k, surely £600k will buy lots more.

We have a budget of £600000 plus my brother would borrow £200000 on top. So its a quarter not a third.
