Pyronix Alarm - one contact not working

Hi.

I have a pyronix enforcer alarm where there is a fault with one of the window contacts. It states fault and will not switch on.

How can I reprogram the alarm so the alarm will switch on without trying to set this window contact?

Have you tried replacing the battery ?

Yes. I think the contact needs to be replaced. In the meantime I would like to switch the alarm on.

That's the control panel ....not the device ( window contact )
