Pyronix alarm

Hi have a Pyronix euro mini and the keypad states batt 100 and mains absent
Going to change the battery but don’t have engineers code as customers existing installer no longer working.
Will i need engineers code ?

You should be ok with opening control panel lid and changing the battery.
Customer code and yes to reset.
