Hey guys
I have an issue
My door sensor is not working, battery is all fine

Front door input type of 10
fx area er

Input areas is set to AB

INPUT AREA - any
Chime - follow
Omittable - no
Confirm group 00

Change timers (A)

Entry 10 seconds
Exit time 10 seconds

When I do engineering tests
It doesn't recognise or trigger the tone for front door either

I have two zones A AND B

B is night mode, so I would want the alarm to be triggered if front door opens

Is it new ? Does the light come on the sensor when you open the door ? ( better to see if it’s dark )

Ignore the ring one.

The light doesn't come on when door is open
I know I should see a blue light

When I remove the screw
The system does recognise a tamper and alarm goes off ,

I've unpaired it for now, as I get a test failed error when saving nvm data

And I don't want the alarm to randomly go off

What that at the side of the enforcer MC1 ? looks like another wireless device with the magnet near the Reed switch of the MC1

It’s easy enough to test, remove the ring magnet that’s on the frame.

Then retest.

Ah you are right . I see the blue light come on immediately when I open door

Let me relearn and add the device

Not sure if I have the timed exit set up correctly but will report back

What does it mean if the blue and yellow light remain on, it stays on and I can't configure it as it's says tamper

Light has gone off . But it keeps going off when trying to set and panel has the hazard. Light indicating tamper

I've currently set it to 0 unused

But when I try and set alarm

It says exit via final exit and just gives a tone not a timed countdown and nothing more .

I've tried changing the door sensor to final exit which is 07 and the other ex/er 09/10 and it's still the same

There is definitely a timer set
But it's not recognising the door sensor
It diagnostics I believe it showing as a T
WHERE other devices are ccccc
