Pyronix enforcer unable to set message

Hi everyone,
I am unable to set the alarm for my house. The reason is I get a message saying there is a tamper alarm on one of my bedrooms. I went into engineer mode and checked the pir and everything looks normal to me. I still get this message. Because the bedroom is obviously a part of the house the alarm will not set.
I have an area setup for all my outdoor buildings (hut, garage, summer house) and I can set the alarm for this ok.
Any ideas for what could be triggering the tamper alarm message.

Lid is not on correctly / spring needs stretching / back tamper is not closed ….back tamper break out has popped out ….battery flat …,

Is there a diagram i can use to identify these parts? I’m obviously ok with the battery.

The lid will be the lid looking like thing that covers the board

The spring is the thing inside when you open the lip that looks like a spring

The back tamper is the only non obvious thing to someone not used to the kit but can be found on the back and it’s a little plastic nipple sitting off flush to the rest of the casing.
