the panel stated wireless low battery before, so I have changed all of the batteries including bell box and all indoor sensors. After that the low battery warning was gone and I still cannot set the alarm back to normal. Everytime I arm the alarm it said unable to set Wirles poll fail. Could anybody tell me what should I do now? Please.. I am new to the UK so everything is uneasy for me though, thank you in advance anyway.

I don’t think it’s the faulty of the batteries or wrong way. I bought the same with the old ones and insert the same way…
I’ve got the keytag only, but I dont have any engineer code sadly, i can only assess to the manger menu…

Ok then did you check every battery before installing with a multimeter?
