Thanks but I stilldon't know if chaning the code will invalidate the tags.

If the previous house owner (or their cleaner or drug-addicted teenage offspring) have kept a tag, I have no way of knowing what level of authority that tag was assigned or whether it will still function.

The tag will be assigned to a different user slot.
Event log should show users who set and unset alarm

Go in and delete all the user codes …..

Same system, new issue.

the other day the control panel started flashing yellow with the warning 'low battery conservatory'. I found a utube video telling me I need a CR123A battery, and how to fit, but having bought a replacement battery, on opening the PIR I could not see a battery. See photo.

Where is the battery? What battery is it? How do I replace it?

Anyone wth a similar system know?

It’s on the back and it takes 2. CR123A
You have to unclip it out
