I’ve seen it when the same phone has been registered multiple times on the SAME app cause issues with notifications…

Yeh so have I bit it's not letting him login so credentials must be incorrect

Thanks again, I’ve updated the account password in the PC+ and HC2 app and tried with new password, still not connecting.

On Pyronix cloud I have deleted all outdated users, so now only one PC+ and one HC2 enabled…
