Pyronix Supervision fault

Customer experience full wireless supervision fault on all devices no changes to the property this is the first time this has happened.

What are the fixes for this? What could I try doing to resolve this issue.

Check for other wireless device on 868mhz in property with low battery …..eg wireless central heating stat/ programmer

there’s no other wireless devices in the house couple are old. I’ve changed the panel battery as that’s over due 2018 last replaced and power cycled panel. Hopefully that solves the issue

when did you last change device batteries?

street lamp with aerial nearby not working properly?

the newer panels and devices can switch between frequencies, the older ones and older devices cant.
