From the point of view of an every day power tool user I'd rate higher power, better dust extraction, low noise/vibration levels (to reduce HAVS) and high serviceability (i.e. reliability together with good and long-term spares availability) as being possibly more important, given that most power tools these days generally have reasonable ergonomicsa better quality tool is likely to have extra safety features such as electronic braking or safety clutches and is more likely to have superior ergonomics.
