Cover broken and the PIR lens is cracked. I need to replace both and need the original wiring details.

depends what your changing it for, some (gjd) detectors will work, most won`t but if i remember correctly (beige color control unit with slide switch?) its power, a trigger (yellow) and a hold off for daylight (blue) both positive applied

be simpler to replace the whole thing IMO
