RADIATER QUESTION

Folks,

Ihad a diverter valve repalcved on a combi worcester bosch 240, heating is ok and so is hot water, but i have an issue with one of the large main radiaters in the lounge downstairs (we have 2).

All rads in house are ok but this one makes a strange clicking sound when it warms up by the Danfoss rad. thermostat, also this rad takes longer to warm up compared to the other large rad in the lounge, after the heating is on for 10 mins the radiater is ok.

Also when the heating is off and we use the hot water in teh bathroom, this same rad makes the same clicking sound???

Is the radiater faulty, or the danfoss thermostats faulty or teh rad needs flushing?

Any ideas??

Thanks for the qwick reply, the valve was always on 4 or 5.

try removing the top altogether then if it stops it's a faulty valve they don't last for ever.
