Thanks for all your help. I haven't made/acquired the upstands yet but when I do I will go and hire a drill from the hire shop and get the job done. I think I will buy the chemical fix stuff first because then I will know size of drill & bit I need. If the finished job doesn't look too awful I might even put some piccies up on here.
