Rain on walls

Hi,

Any thoughts on what I can do to stop the rain dripping down onto the walls as shown in the attached photo? Seems to be coming through the concrete joint at the base of the tile joint.

This is not my area of knowledge.
I do know that there are some trims you can get and getting the water to flow towards the roof is we advised.

You really need to get someone out with roof knowledge though.

I'd get the missing roof tiles replaced at the same time.

Its not unusual for the drip to fail at the mortar joint, as very few builders will shape the mortar to continue the drip.
